Siberian pine nuts

Siberian pine nuts are collected in cedar woods in the catchment area of Lake Baikal. They are then processed and packaged at our factory in the city of Ulan-Ude.

Usage: Pine nuts can be enjoyed as a snack or as an ingredient in baking and cooking, including desserts, cocktails, salads, hot dishes.

Nutrients: Pine nuts are full of nutritional and remedial value. Nutrients available in pine nuts provide a daily intake of amino acids and minerals such as copper, cobalt, manganese and zinc. Pine nut proteins are easily digested and are high in amino acids, in particular arginine, important for growth and development. Pine nuts are essential in the diet of children and pregnant women.
