  • 120 g pine kernel flour
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 250 g fresh apples (2-3 apples)

  • 150 g vegetable oil
  • 20 g baking powder

Preparation method:

  • Peel apples and remove the core with seeds. Cut apples in thin rings and spring them with lemon juice
  • Mix wheat flour with salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add water and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir all with a mixer. Add pine kernel flour and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again
  • Heat vegetable oil in a small pan. Pour the batter with a small ladle, put an apple slice on top and bake a pancake brown on both sides. Serve pancakes hot with honey or maple syrup.
